How do I create an AI estimate?

Go to Estimates → New Estimate, then tap the camera icon to upload photos or video of the job site. Ontrakt's AI will analyze the images and generate a detailed line-item estimate in about 30 seconds. You can review and edit any line item before sending.

How do I send an estimate for e-signature?

Open any estimate and tap 'Send for Signature.' Enter your client's email address and a personal note (optional). Your client receives a link to review and sign the estimate on any device — no account needed.

Can I import my existing clients from Jobber?

Yes. Go to Settings → Integrations → Jobber and connect your account. Ontrakt will sync your clients, jobs, and invoices automatically. Two-way sync keeps data current.

How do I set up automated follow-ups?

Go to Nurture → Campaigns and create a new campaign. You can use a pre-built template (roofing, HVAC, plumbing, remodeling) or build a custom sequence. Assign a segment and the system sends emails automatically on your schedule.

What file types can I upload for AI estimates?

Photos: JPG, PNG, HEIC. Video walkthroughs: MP4, MOV (the AI extracts frames). Audio memos: MP3, M4A, WAV (transcribed automatically). Documents: PDF, DOCX (for building plans and insurance reports).

How do I cancel my subscription?

Go to Settings → Billing → Manage Subscription. You can downgrade or cancel at any time. Your data is retained for 90 days after cancellation in case you want to reactivate.

Is my client data secure?

All data is encrypted in transit (TLS/HTTPS) and at rest (AES-256). Photos and documents are stored in private cloud storage — not publicly accessible. We do not sell your data or your clients' data.

How do I get a refund?

If you were charged in error or want a refund within the first 7 days of a paid subscription, email billing@ontrakt.com with your account email and the charge date. We process refunds within 3-5 business days.
