How accurate are the AI estimates?+−
They’re typically within 5–15% of what you’d write up yourself. The more photos you take, the better. And everything is fully editable before you send it.
Can I bring my clients over from Jobber?+−
Yep. Direct Jobber sync via OAuth, or bulk CSV import from any system — ServiceTitan, HouseCall Pro, QuickBooks, whatever you’re using.
Does it work on my phone?+−
Yes. Ontrakt is fully responsive — take photos, send estimates, manage jobs, respond to leads, all from your phone’s browser. A dedicated mobile app is coming soon.

Yes. They get a portal link, review the scope, and e-sign right from their phone. Legally binding and stored as PDFs.
